Privacy Policy

The controller is Marek Nowicki, operating under the Nex41 brand ("Operator", "we"). Data contact: hello@tellercraft.com.

Email address (required), coach-calibration preferences (genres, authors, titles), your writing and notes, coach conversation history, usage counters, subscription status. Payment data is handled by Stripe — we do not store card numbers. IP address and browser type for security.

Providing the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Payments/subscription (b). Security, abuse prevention, enforcing plan limits (f). Legal/tax obligations (c). Marketing — only with consent (a).

To provide guidance, we send your text and messages to an AI model provider (via the OpenRouter gateway, by default Google Gemini). This processing serves only to generate the coach’s response. Your writing stays yours; we do not sell it or use it for purposes other than running the Service.

We do not sell your data. We share it with trusted providers only as needed to run the Service:

Stripe — payments (Merchant of Record), PCI DSS compliant: stripe.com/privacy.

Supabase — database & authentication (EU servers): supabase.com/privacy.

OpenRouter + Google (Gemini) — AI processing of your text to generate guidance: openrouter.ai/privacy, ai.google/responsibility/privacy.

Resend — sending transactional email: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

These providers act under data-processing agreements (DPAs) or standard contractual clauses.

Some providers (e.g. Stripe, Google) may process data in the US or other countries — under standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms compliant with Art. 46 GDPR.

We retain data for the life of your account and any legally required periods (e.g. tax). After account deletion, data is erased except what we must keep by law.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Requests: hello@tellercraft.com (we reply within 30 days). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We use encryption in transit and at rest (Supabase, EU), per-user data isolation (RLS) and restricted access to secrets.
